Over 4 sessions I will take you through my programme which will give you some easy to follow well being hacks, help you identify where you’re getting stuck and support you to navigate your way through this stage of your life with a bit more oomph.
Each week we’ll review progress and see which of the golden nuggets make a difference. I’ll work with you on nutrition, movement, rest and relaxation and anything else that together we think might help to reduce or alleviate the symptoms associated with hormonal change.

This is a one off session where I’ll look with you at where you are now, taking an holistic look at your well being and a dawn to dusk 360 of your everyday. Together we’ll put together some actions that might help to reduce or alleviate the symptoms associated with hormonal change.

Bringing the Magpie magic to where you are, working with local groups in neighbourhood facilities to offer peer support, raise awareness and share my knowledge.
